Placing an order

Delivery

If the goods you ordered are not delivered or are damaged, please tell Customer Services as soon as possible, and in any case within 36 hours of receiving your parcel. In this scenario, save all packing since you may be required to return it.
Customer Service will provide you with the return address for returning the parcel back to us. Please keep in mind that returning products must first be discussed and agreed upon with Customer Service before shipping them back to us.
If an item/items, you ordered do not arrive with you after we have delivered it, we must wait 20 working days from the date of shipping before offering a refund or redelivery. Our couriers will not consider an item lost until this point, therefore the item is still likely to arrive. We shall file a claim with the courier provider if we discover that the order was not delivered within the time frame specified.
The claim takes some time to process, after which we can refund your money or resend the purchase.
If the item does not come within 20 business days, we will request that you sign and submit a form verifying that you did not get your order before we handle a refund or re-delivery. Returns

Cancelling your order because of a change of mind
