The story begins in the Parisian field of FLOWER BY KENZO ambassador and flower activist Masami Charlotte Lavault. One summer morning, perfumers Alberto Morillas and Dora Baghriche visited Masami’s field to capture the scent notes of the Dahlia, the signature flower of the field. Using headspace technology to capture the natural scent compounds exhaled by the flowers under a glass dome, the dahlias released their fragrance at its best – pristine and wild, so that perfumers could recreate their natural and spontaneous scent identity.
